Pro Track and Tennis, Inc. is an outstanding organization. While their high-quality product speaks for itself, it’s their exceptional customer service that truly sets them apart. The City of Milbank hired them for a comprehensive project: resurfacing four aging tennis courts, two pickleball courts, and assisting in the construction of two new tennis/pickleball courts.

Despite some internal management transitions on our end, Pro Track and Tennis maintained professionalism throughout the process. When I stepped in to manage the project, most design elements had already been finalized, but not all options had been fully communicated to me. After the project’s completion, I noticed some unexpected cracking. Upon reaching out, their management team promptly visited the site to assess the situation. They explained that we had opted out of the crack sealant but didn’t stop there—they immediately began brainstorming solutions to address the issue.

Their team’s solution-driven mindset and commitment to customer satisfaction left a lasting impression. We plan to follow their recommendation to include crack sealant during our next resurfacing. Pro Track and Tennis did a great job when we installed our pickleball and basketball courts last fall. We had some issues when the seasons changed and bubbling started to occur on the pickleball courts. They attempted to charge us a crazy amount of money to fix them even though the court was under warranty. Thanks to the owner coming out we were able to get the issue resolved for free and it looks better than ever.
