Challenge:
The Dill Dinkers facility at Blanco Market in San Antonio required the conversion of an existing bare concrete floor into a professional indoor pickleball venue. The concrete surface included expansion joints and uneven areas that needed preparation before coatings could be applied. To ensure proper playability and durability, the floor required surface preparation, joint repair, and a specialized coating system designed for indoor athletic surfaces.
Solution:
Pro Track & Tennis prepared the concrete surface through scarifying and grinding to remove slick areas and create proper bonding conditions. Expansion joints and uneven sections were repaired and feathered before installing a SealMaster AR coating system designed for indoor court performance. The courts were then finished with a multi-color layout and flexible pickleball line striping, creating five high-quality indoor courts ready for competitive and recreational play.
