The existing asphalt tennis court was showing its age, with seam cracks running throughout the playing surface and a large separation where the asphalt had pulled away from the concrete drainage channel. The court needed a fresh surface coating to restore both appearance and playability.

Pro Track & Tennis resurfaced the court, completed 192 linear feet of crack repair along the court seams, and patched the separation at the drainage channel. The team then applied a new acrylic color system with Grass Green out-of-bounds, Stadium Blue in-bounds, and white tennis striping. Light blue pickleball lines were added for multi-use play. The resurfacing restored the court to a clean, vibrant playing surface while addressing the existing cracks and drainage-area issues to help extend the life of the asphalt. The addition of pickleball lines gives the homeowners greater flexibility to enjoy multiple sports on the same court.
