Buena Vista University Tennis Courts Get a Custom Color Refresh

Buena Vista University’s four asphalt tennis courts were showing their age. About 1,640 linear feet of moderate cracking ran across the surface, two small areas held standing water, and parts of an earlier crack repair had begun to fail. The courts needed attention to restore their playing quality.
Solution:
Our crew removed the deteriorating sections of the earlier repair and addressed the existing cracks with the ARMOR Crack Repair System. We also fixed the two small birdbaths and prepared the surfaces before resurfacing the courts with one coat of acrylic resurfacer and two color coats. The finish features a custom navy in-bounds color with dark gray out-of-bounds, plus fresh white tennis striping.
The project refreshed the university’s tennis facility with a distinctive color scheme and resolved the existing surface issues. It was also a return visit, since Pro Track & Tennis had resurfaced these courts before. The renewed courts give the tennis program a refreshed playing environment.
