Lake Hamilton High School Tennis Courts Get a Fresh Green Finish

Challenge:

Lake Hamilton High School’s four asphalt tennis courts kept cracking, even though they had been resurfaced just two years earlier. About 1,490 linear feet of cracking had appeared, and the district didn’t want to resurface every couple of years. They wanted a longer-lasting repair.

Solution:

Our crew completed 1,490 linear feet of crack repair with the ARMOR Crack Repair System and resurfaced all four courts with one coat of acrylic resurfacer and two color coats, giving them a fresh dark green finish with a light gray surround.

The goal was to help the district break the cycle of frequent resurfacing. Rather than just applying new coatings, the work went after the cracks themselves, to reduce recurring maintenance and extend the life of the courts.
