Suamico Village’s New Beautiful Pickleball and Tennis Courts

Location:

Suamico, WI

Facility Type:

Pickleball and Tennis Courts

Challenge:

Suamico Village's tennis courts faced significant deterioration due to extreme weather conditions, including freeze-thaw cycles and heavy precipitation. The porous asphalt surface was susceptible to cracking and scaling, compromising playability and safety.

Solution:

The solution involved a multi-phase approach. First, Pro Track & Tennis addressed the court’s structural integrity by repairing cracks using ARMOR’s specialized crack repair system. Next, the team removed the old, worn-out surface to prepare for the new coating. Finally, a Combination Surface® finish was applied, providing a durable, resilient, and UV-resistant surface. This state-of-the-art system is specifically designed to withstand Wisconsin's harsh climate, including freeze-thaw cycles and heavy precipitation, ensuring long-lasting performance and enhancing the overall playing experience.
