Challenge:

The University of North Alabama’s six asphalt tennis courts were deteriorating, with 905 linear feet of cracking. An earlier crack repair was beginning to pull apart, leaving visible filler in the cracks, and low spots had formed on the surface. The courts needed a full refresh to restore their appearance and playing quality.

Solution:

Our crew replaced the failing crack repair across 905 linear feet and corrected the surface imperfections and low spots. We then resurfaced all six courts with a new acrylic color system and finished with fresh white tennis striping.

The renovation tackled the underlying cracking while giving the University of North Alabama’s tennis facility a refreshed, collegiate appearance. With the failing repairs replaced and the playing surfaces renewed, the courts are in better condition for the program.
